St. Paul Rodeo Hall of Fame BBQ

Following Orientation our contestants said good bye to their parents until Wednesday evening. As soon as the room was quite the contestants were handed their written test and the pageant began. Also that evening the St. Paul Rodeo Association invited the contestants and MRO members to the Hall of Fame BBQ . This was not your average BBQ of hot dogs and hamburgers. Oh no, you received a slab of meat that was as large as your plate! But before dinner the contestants carried live auction items throughout the crowd. This event was un-judged, but the ladies were encouraged to show off their personalities to get the crowd bidding on their item. Below are a few photos from the auction.
